Austin-based Serata Capital Partners and Dallas-based Paceline Equity Partners have acquired EventLink (EventLink Holding Company), a Sterling Heights, Michigan experiential marketing and event services provider, from Fort Point Capital. The transaction transfers ownership to the two private equity managers, who plan to support EventLink's growth, expand capabilities and geographic reach, and deepen client relationships; terms were not disclosed.

Lineage, Inc. (NASDAQ: LINE) acquired the assets of ColdPoint Logistics, a temperature-controlled warehousing and transport provider based in the Kansas City area, for approximately USD 223 million. The deal closed on November 1 and expands Lineage's Midwest footprint and access to the protein corridor and intermodal export capacity via onsite rail at ColdPoint's 621,000-square-foot facility.

Slate Asset Management and Hamilton Lane Acquire Majority Stake in Cold-Link Logistics

RealCold Acquires Forte Frozen
