EPAM Systems has acquired NAYA Technologies, an Israel-headquartered consultancy, and its US subsidiary NAYA Tech (San Jose, CA) to strengthen EPAM's cloud migration, data management and database migration capabilities, including the migVisor automated migration assessment tool. The acquisition augments EPAM's technology consulting practice and accelerates its ability to deliver end-to-end cloud and data services to enterprise clients.

The transaction expands EPAM's nearshore and Latin America delivery capabilities and broadens its offerings across digital transformation, SAP, data & analytics, and AI for clients in manufacturing, banking, retail and other industries; the deal closed Nov. 1, 2024 (initial agreement announced Sept. 4, 2024).

One Equity Partners Acquires VASS Consultoría de Sistemas

Financial terms were not disclosed; VASS will continue to be led by founder Francisco Javier Latasa (who remains an investor) and will serve as OEP’s buy-and-build platform to accelerate capability expansion and geographic growth in Spain and Latin America.

Deltix will continue to serve systematic and algorithmic trading clients while EPAM integrates Deltix's technology across its FinTech practice and broader industry practices.
