Davidson served as exclusive buy-side financial advisor; the deal strengthens NeoXam's data management and reporting capabilities and supports its international expansion.

EPAM Systems Acquires NEORIS

EPAM Systems has acquired NEORIS, a Miami‑headquartered advanced technology consultancy with ~4,700–4,800 professionals, from funds managed by Advent International and Cemex. The transaction expands EPAM's nearshore and Latin America delivery capabilities and broadens its offerings across digital transformation, SAP, data & analytics, and AI for clients in manufacturing, banking, retail and other industries; the deal closed Nov. 1, 2024 (initial agreement announced Sept. 4, 2024).
