EPAM Systems, Inc. has acquired Deltix, Inc. and will form a real-time computing lab to provide a center of excellence for real-time event processing and analytics focused on capital markets, crypto trading, IoT and signal processing. Deltix will continue to serve systematic and algorithmic trading clients while EPAM integrates Deltix's technology across its FinTech practice and broader industry practices.
