Cerberus Affiliate Acquires NetCentrics Corporation

An affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. has acquired NetCentrics Corporation, a Herndon, Virginia-based provider of cybersecurity, enterprise IT, and telecommunications services to the U.S. government and private sector. The Cerberus investment provides NetCentrics with additional capital to strengthen financial flexibility and support capability investments and long-term growth; Kenny Cushing was named CEO in connection with the transaction.
