TestFly Acquires Red Cerberus

Cerberus Affiliate Acquires NetCentrics Corporation

An affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. has acquired NetCentrics Corporation, a Herndon, Virginia-based provider of cybersecurity, enterprise IT, and telecommunications services to the U.S. government and private sector. The Cerberus investment provides NetCentrics with additional capital to strengthen financial flexibility and support capability investments and long-term growth; Kenny Cushing was named CEO in connection with the transaction.

Cerberus Cyber Sentinel (NASDAQ: CISO), a Scottsdale, Arizona-based managed cybersecurity and compliance firm, has completed the acquisition of CyberViking, a cybersecurity services company with operations in Georgia and Oregon. CyberViking — led by founder Carric Dooley — becomes a wholly owned subsidiary and expands Cerberus Sentinel's application security, incident response, threat hunting and SOC capabilities, supporting growth across healthcare and industrial controls customers.
