Endeavor Schools Acquires Heritage Montessori

Endeavor Schools, a Miami-based education management company, has acquired Heritage Montessori, a trio of traditional Montessori campuses in Southern California (Huntington Beach, Lake Forest and Newport-Mesa). The acquisition adds three campuses to Endeavor's portfolio (bringing it to 64 schools at the time) and Heritage Montessori will continue operating under Executive Director Dr. Alexandra Magliarditi.

Cadence Education, a leading U.S. early childhood education provider based in Scottsdale, Arizona, has acquired The Suzuki School and the Montessori Teacher Education Institute (MTEI) of Atlanta. The deals add three Montessori campuses in Atlanta (Buckhead, Northside Drive, Ponce City Market) and bring an accredited Montessori teacher training institute into Cadence’s platform to support Montessori program growth and staff development in the Southeast.
