Endeavor Schools, a Miami-based education management company, has acquired Heritage Montessori, a trio of traditional Montessori campuses in Southern California (Huntington Beach, Lake Forest and Newport-Mesa). Lindenwood Education System Acquires Dorsey College

In March 2023, Lindenwood Education System (the non-profit parent of Lindenwood University) completed a 100% acquisition of Dorsey College, a Michigan-based career-focused college with eight campuses serving roughly 1,800 students. The acquisition brings Dorsey’s career and technical programs into Lindenwood’s network as separate institutions under the Lindenwood Education System to expand program capabilities and statewide reach.
