Cerberus Capital Management affiliate has acquired National Dentex Labs (NDX), the largest network of fully‑owned dental labs in the United States. Cerberus said the investment will support NDX’s growth through strategic lab acquisitions, expansion of manufacturing capabilities, and investments in dental technologies while the current management team remains in place.

National Dentex Labs Acquires Swan Dental Lab

Operations will be consolidated at the Swan facility (renamed NDX Cleveland) to combine the teams (about 30 employees at the facility); Swan owners Martin Switalski and Maureen Antolik will remain with the business in customer-facing roles.
