Pearlman Group Acquires Vector Tools

Pearlman Group, a portfolio company of The Stephens Group, has acquired Advanced Diamond Technologies, Inc. dba Vector Tools. The acquisition expands Pearlman's specialty distribution capabilities in stone fabrication tools and supplies across the U.S. Southeast; founders Elbert Wu and Corey Levy and the current management team will remain with the business. Terms were not disclosed.
