Sparks Acquires Group Delphi's Trade Show and Events Business

Sparks, a Philadelphia-based experiential marketing agency, acquired Group Delphi's trade show and events business, including assets and facilities in Fort Wayne, Indiana and Paris, France, and the associated staff. Group Delphi will continue operating its Alameda, California facility focusing on museum exhibit fabrication, restaurant solutions, fine arts, and custom acrylic fabrication.

Freeman Acquires Sparks, a Global Brand Experience Agency

Freeman has acquired Sparks, a Philadelphia-based global brand experience and experiential marketing agency; terms were not disclosed. Financing for the transaction was provided by KKR, and the deal represents an exit for EagleTree Capital and Sparks' ownership group led by Scott Tarte and Jeff Harrow. Sparks will combine with Freeman's agency business to expand Freeman's capabilities in corporate events, exhibits and brand experience.

Gemspring Capital Acquires Skyline Exhibits and TradeTec
