The deal expands AMPAM’s service offering by adding HVAC installation and servicing capabilities to its existing design‑build plumbing platform; founding members of Multi Mechanical will continue to lead the HVAC business under AMPAM.

Blue Point-Backed Pinnacle MEP Acquires Hammans Electric

Pinnacle MEP, a trade-services platform backed by Blue Point Capital Partners, has acquired Hammans Electric, Inc., a licensed Indianapolis electrical contractor founded in 1989. ABB to Acquire SEAM Group to Expand Electrification Service Offering

The deal — expected to close in Q3 2024 subject to regulatory approvals — will extend ABB’s low- and medium-voltage services and field service coverage across North America; financial terms were not disclosed.

The add-on expands Cascade's Florida footprint (its 10th Florida acquisition and 13th overall) and will allow ECM to operate under its brand while leveraging Cascade's resources and platform.

Atlantic Southern Paving & Sealcoating, a PE-backed national commercial pavement maintenance company, has acquired Emerald Paving Company of Westminster, California. The deal is Atlantic Southern's first add-on and is intended to expand the platform's presence into the Western United States to better serve its national customer base.
