Helen of Troy Completes Acquisition of Drybar Products

Helen of Troy Limited completed the acquisition of Drybar Products LLC for approximately $255 million in cash. The transaction transfers the Drybar consumer products business to Helen of Troy while the Drybar salon business (Drybar Holdings LLC) retains a worldwide license to continue operating salons and selling the products in those locations.
