CJK Group Acquires Worzalla and Adds It to Sheridan Print Operations

CJK Group, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Worzalla in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, and will rename the facility Sheridan Worzalla as part of its Sheridan family of print facilities. The acquisition adds a 365,000 sq. ft. plant and approximately 340 employees, expanding CJK/Sheridan's capacity and capabilities in children's and trade book printing as well as reinforcing its presence in education, academic, religious and automotive publishing markets.
