CJK Group Acquires Worzalla and Adds It to Sheridan Print Operations

CJK Group, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Worzalla in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, and will rename the facility Sheridan Worzalla as part of its Sheridan family of print facilities. The acquisition adds a 365,000 sq. ft. plant and approximately 340 employees, expanding CJK/Sheridan's capacity and capabilities in children's and trade book printing as well as reinforcing its presence in education, academic, religious and automotive publishing markets.

BR Printers Acquires The C.J. Krehbiel Company (CJK Print Possibilities)

BR Printers of San Jose, California has acquired The C.J. Krehbiel Company (dba CJK Print Possibilities), a family-owned Cincinnati book printer established in 1872. The acquisition adds CJK’s 180,000 sq. ft. production facility and book printing, binding and mailing capabilities to BR’s digitally enabled book manufacturing platform; the Krehbiel family and CJK leadership will transition under BR ownership.

Align Capital Partners Acquires Counsel Press from Gladstone Investment Corporation
