LRQA Acquires ELEVATE from EQT Private Equity

The deal brings ELEVATE's assessment, advisory, program management and analytics capabilities into LRQA's global assurance platform to expand sustainability, supply-chain and data-analytics offerings; the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

CJK Group Acquires Allen Press
