CJK Group Acquires Allen Press

The acquisition adds a Sheridan-branded printing facility (renamed Sheridan Kansas) and folds Allen Press's editorial and content services into KnowledgeWorks Global Ltd., expanding CJK's production footprint and content capabilities for scholarly and association publishers.
