American Construction Source (ACS), the PE-backed building materials distribution platform, has acquired Weaver Lumber, a family-owned lumber and millwork business serving Northern California. The acquisition — ACS's seventh transaction — expands ACS's LBM distribution, component and millwork manufacturing capacity, and specialty installation services in Northern California; financial terms were not disclosed.

Incline Equity Partners Majority Recapitalizes Weaver Parts

Pittsburgh-based private equity firm Incline Equity Partners has made a majority investment in Weaver Parts, a Carnesville, Georgia-based value-added distributor of recycled OEM auto parts serving collision and mechanical repair shops across the Southeastern United States. Incline said it will support Weaver's growth plan, including geographic expansion via greenfields and M&A, while management (led by CEO Kent Rothwell) remains in place.

Blue Point Capital Partners Acquires Weaver Leather from River Associates

Hope, Ohio-based manufacturer and distributor of branded and non-branded leather, nylon/synthetic, hardware and accessory products, from River Associates Investments. Blue Point partnered with Weaver management (including CEO Jason Weaver) to support organic growth, expand digital and supply-chain capabilities, and pursue add-on acquisitions as it builds Weaver as a local platform.

Olympic Steel Acquires Metal Works

Olympic Steel, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZEUS) has acquired Metal Works, a manufacturer of metal canopy components, roll-formed products and solar racking, in an all-cash transaction. Metal Works will continue to operate from its two Oakwood, Georgia facilities and will be reported within Olympic Steel's Carbon Flat Rolled business segment as the acquisition expands Olympic Steel's manufactured metal product capabilities and footprint.
