NIU Invest Acquires Majority Stake in Critical Metals PLC

NIU Invest SE, led by Cevdet Caner, completed a subscription for 61,402,390 new ordinary shares in Critical Metals PLC, taking a 60.34% majority stake. Critical Metals holds a 70% interest in the Molulu cobalt and copper project near Lubumbashi in the Democratic Republic of Congo; NIU said it will develop the project and expand its mining portfolio across multiple regions.

REalloys Inc. acquired 100% of PMT Critical Metals Inc. in a share exchange that closed March 31, 2025, with the consideration representing approximately 14% of REalloys' outstanding common stock. The acquisition adds a 54,000-square-foot Euclid, Ohio facility, production equipment, IP, R&D and existing contracts for NdFeB magnet materials, strengthening REalloys' vertically integrated North American rare-earth-to-magnet supply chain for U.S. protected markets.

Labrador Uranium Acquires Altius' Labrador Uranium-Copper Projects

Labrador Uranium Inc. acquired a 100% interest in the Central Mineral Belt Uranium-Copper Project and the Notakwanon Uranium Project from Altius Resources Inc. in exchange for 8,000,000 common shares of Labrador Uranium (approximately 16.8% of issued LUR shares) and a 2% gross overriding royalty on the projects. The transaction leaves Altius with an equity stake in Labrador Uranium and a royalty interest while Altius will file an early warning report in connection with the share issuance.
