JDM Technology Group Acquires Buildlogic

The acquisition expands JDM’s construction software portfolio and strengthens its presence in Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region; Buildlogic will continue to operate under its own brand and join JDM’s Australian construction management group.

Accenture to Acquire Logic

Accenture has entered into an agreement to acquire Logic, a Minneapolis-based retail technology services firm that employs approximately 800 professionals and serves more than 150 retail clients worldwide. The acquisition will strengthen Accenture’s retail technology transformation capabilities across merchandising, stores, digital, analytics, cloud, and AI; terms were not disclosed and the deal is subject to customary closing conditions.

Mission Wealth Acquires Logic Capital Management
