Ringbeck GmbH, a portfolio company of AURELIUS Wachstumskapital (AURELIUS Growth Investments), has acquired Dieter Berg GmbH, a regional provider of gardening, landscaping and green roofs based in Mülheim an der Ruhr. The transaction is Ringbeck's first add-on following AURELIUS Growth Investments' February 2021 investment and supports a buy-and-build strategy to strengthen the group's presence in North Rhine-Westphalia.

The add-on expands Ringbeck Group’s footprint and capabilities in the Berlin/Brandenburg region; Rüdiger Brandenburg employs more than 60 people and the combined Ringbeck Group expects around EUR 105m revenue for 2023.

The Berlin-based landscaping and sport-field construction business (about 80 employees) adds a strategic site in the Berlin/Brandenburg region and represents Ringbeck's fourth add-on in 18 months as part of AURELIUS Growth Investments' buy-and-build strategy.
