Ringbeck, a portfolio company of AURELIUS Growth Investments, has acquired Klaus Hildebrandt AG, a Berlin-based gardening and landscaping contractor specialising in complex green roofing installations. The deal is an add-on to the Ringbeck-Group (its fifth in under two years), expands the group's presence in northern and eastern Germany, and keeps the target's management team as minority shareholders.

The acquisition is an add-on as part of a buy-and-build strategy to expand Ringbecks presence in North Rhine-Westphalia and marks the company's third add-on since AURELIUS Growth Investments invested in Ringbeck in February 2021.

The add-on expands Ringbeck Group’s footprint and capabilities in the Berlin/Brandenburg region; Rüdiger Brandenburg employs more than 60 people and the combined Ringbeck Group expects around EUR 105m revenue for 2023.

The Berlin-based landscaping and sport-field construction business (about 80 employees) adds a strategic site in the Berlin/Brandenburg region and represents Ringbeck's fourth add-on in 18 months as part of AURELIUS Growth Investments' buy-and-build strategy.
