Qualium Investissement Acquires Recocash from IK Partners

Paris-based private equity firm Qualium Investissement has agreed to acquire a majority stake in French debt-servicing company Recocash from IK Partners, with management remaining invested. Recocash, which operates from Rambouillet and Lyon and employs ~150 people, provides debt collection and credit management software (Eagle-Act) to a diversified B2B and B2C client base; financial terms were not disclosed.

CORA Group (Constellation Software) Acquires WebRecon LLC

The acquisition adds WebRecon to CORA/Constellation's portfolio of vertical-market software companies and is intended to expand CORA Group's capabilities in litigation tracking and consumer risk management; Corporate Advisory Solutions acted as exclusive M&A adviser to WebRecon.
