(TSX-V: PMKR) acquired 100% of The Nation Network (TNN) and its subsidiary Daily Faceoff (DFO) to establish a presence in Canada and immediately add over 27 million annual users to its audience ecosystem. The aggregate consideration is up to CAD$15 million (cash, shares and an earn‑out), and the deal is intended to expand Playmaker's Canadian reach ahead of broader sports betting legalization in Ontario and to diversify revenue through subscriptions and sportsbook partnerships.
