Decisions and ProcessMaker announced a merger to form a combined Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies (BOAT) company, bringing together ProcessMaker’s AI-enriched workflows and Intelligent Document Processing with Decisions’ enterprise rules engine and orchestration capabilities. The combined company, backed by private equity firm Aldrich Capital Partners and led by CEO Giles Whiting, will serve more than 700 customers across industries including financial services, healthcare, insurance, education, manufacturing and government.
