IHS Towers Acquires GTS SP5 Tower Portfolio (2,115 Towers)

IHS Holding Limited (IHS Towers) agreed to acquire São Paulo Cinco Locação de Torres Ltda. (SP5), a portfolio company of Grupo Torresur (GTS), for US$315 million on a cash- and debt-free basis. The transaction transfers ownership of 2,115 towers in Brazil to IHS and is expected to close subject to regulatory approvals in Q1 2022.

The Bukas Lighting Group, a St. Charles, Illinois–based holding company focused on lighting brands, has acquired SPI Lighting, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of commercial and architectural LED lighting based in Mequon, Wisconsin. The seller was the Doerr family; the acquisition expands BLG's portfolio of architectural lighting brands and preserves SPI's independent brand and manufacturing operations.

(ILC), a U.S. manufacturer of wired lighting control systems, to expand its connected lighting and energy-saving solutions portfolio. ILC will remain headquartered and continue manufacturing in Edina, Minnesota, and its products will be sold under Cooper Lighting Solutions within Signify's Digital Solutions division.
