Western Midstream Partners Acquires Aris Water Solutions

Western Midstream Partners, LP (WES) completed its acquisition of Aris Water Solutions, combining Aris's produced-water gathering, recycling, transportation and disposal capabilities with WES’s midstream platform to expand water services in the Delaware Basin. Under the merger, Aris securityholders received a mix of cash and WES common units (approximately $415.0 million in cash in aggregate and ~26.6 million common units in equity), with final election results producing roughly 28% cash and 72% equity consideration.
