Fox Factory Acquires Custom Wheel House from Thompson Street Capital Partners

Fox Factory Holding Corp., through its subsidiary Fox Factory, Inc., has acquired Custom Wheel House, LLC (CWH) from Thompson Street Capital Partners. CWH, maker and distributor of Method Race Wheels, Tensor Tire and GMZ Race Products and based in Rancho Dominguez, California, will expand Fox Factory's aftermarket and OEM product capabilities in off-road wheels, tires, and accessories.
