Fox Factory Acquires SCA Performance from Kinderhook

Fox Factory Holding Corp. agreed to acquire SCA Performance Holdings, Inc. from Kinderhook Industries for $328 million (exclusive of vehicle inventory), with an additional $13 million of contingent retention incentives for key SCA management. The purchase expands FOX's specialty vehicle manufacturing capabilities and North American manufacturing footprint by combining SCA's OEM-authorized upfitting business with FOX's Tuscany operations.
