SCA Performance, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, has acquired Rocky Mountain Truckworks, an OEM-authorized specialty vehicle manufacturer based in Fort Collins, Colorado. Financial terms were not disclosed; RMT shareholders rolled a portion of proceeds into SCA, Preston Hess remains involved as General Manager, and SCA opened a Fort Collins facility to serve Western U.S. production needs.

Fenix Parts Acquires Fox Auto Parts

Fenix Parent LLC (operating as Fenix Parts) has completed the acquisition of the assets of Fox Auto Parts in Belleville, Michigan, expanding Fenix's Midwest footprint and bringing its network to 23 full-service and 5 self-service locations. Bill and Bob Fox will join Fenix's leadership team, and the deal increases Fenix's production and distribution capacity in the Detroit, Ann Arbor and Northern Ohio markets.

Fox Factory Holding Corp., through its subsidiary Fox Factory, Inc., has acquired Custom Wheel House, LLC (CWH) from Thompson Street Capital Partners. CWH, maker and distributor of Method Race Wheels, Tensor Tire and GMZ Race Products and based in Rancho Dominguez, California, will expand Fox Factory's aftermarket and OEM product capabilities in off-road wheels, tires, and accessories.

Fox Factory Acquires Marucci Sports from Compass Diversified for $572 Million

Fox Factory Holding Corp. completed the acquisition of Wheelhouse Holdings, Inc., the parent of Marucci Sports LLC, from Compass Diversified for an enterprise value of $572 million. The deal, which closed in November 2023, brings Marucci's premium baseball and softball brands into FOX's Specialty Sports Group to drive revenue diversification, engineering and sourcing synergies, and expanded end-market reach.
