Waud Capital Partners, through its newly formed home care holding company Altocare, has acquired MedTec Healthcare, an Illinois-based provider of in‑home care and adult day services. MedTec will join Altocare's Senior Helpers platform and continue to operate under its existing brand and leadership as Waud builds a scaled home-based care platform serving private‑pay and Medicaid clients.
