Construction Testing Solutions (CTS) has acquired Nicholls Colton Group Ltd, an independent construction testing and consultancy business headquartered in Leicester. The deal brings over 100 staff and in‑house chemistry testing capabilities to CTS, strengthening its UK construction testing offering and creating operational synergies; former owner Ian Elliot will join CTS as a Director to support integration.
