The AZEK Company (NYSE: AZEK) has acquired StruXure Outdoor, a designer and manufacturer of aluminum pivoting-louver pergolas and cabanas. The deal expands AZEK's outdoor living product portfolio, enabling cross-selling with TimberTech and leveraging AZEK's sourcing, operations and material-science capabilities to drive growth and margin expansion for StruXure.

Saint-Gobain Acquires Kaycan

Saint-Gobain agreed to acquire Kaycan, Ltd., a family-owned Canadian manufacturer and distributor of exterior building materials, for US$928 million and completed the transaction on July 29, 2022. The acquisition makes Saint-Gobain the top siding player in Canada, expands its vinyl offering in the United States with complementary aluminum and engineered wood solutions, and is expected to generate approximately US$30 million of run-rate synergies.
