The AZEK Company has completed the acquisition of Return Polymers, an Ashland, Ohio-based PVC recycling and compounding business. The deal brings in-house PVC recycling capabilities to AZEK to accelerate its sustainability initiatives and increase recycled material content across its TimberTech, AZEK Exteriors, Versatex and Vycom product lines; financial terms were not disclosed.
