Anysphere, the team behind AI-powered code editor Cursor, has acquired AI coding assistant Supermaven for an undisclosed sum. Supermaven's team and technology will be folded into Cursor to accelerate a new Tab AI model and deepen Cursor's developer-facing capabilities.

The acquisition brings Covalent's multi-cloud, multi-infrastructure orchestration capabilities and open-source community into DataRobot to reduce AI infrastructure complexity and costs and enable scalable agentic AI across heterogeneous compute environments.
