DataRobot announced the acquisition of MLOps platform Algorithmia on July 27, 2021, alongside a $300M Series G funding round. The acquisition is intended to deepen DataRobot's MLOps and model-serving capabilities so customers can deploy, manage, and scale ML models (including GPU workloads) in production more effectively.

Cloudera Acquires Verta's Operational AI Platform

Datadog Acquires Metaplane

Metaplane’s machine learning–powered monitoring and column-level lineage capabilities will be integrated into the Datadog platform while continuing to support existing customers as part of Datadog. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The MosaicML team and technology — known for the MPT family of LLMs and model-training optimizations — will be integrated into the Databricks Lakehouse to expand Databricks' generative AI and model-training capabilities.
