The deal expands TTG’s national footprint of field service engineers and broadens its diagnostic imaging and radiopharmaceutical offerings to MIT’s legacy customers.

MRI Software Acquires Castleton Technology Plc

The acquisition gives MRI an entry point into the U.S. residential agent market and adds CTM’s workflow, document management and e-signature capabilities to MRI’s global real estate software platform; MRI is supported by private equity sponsors GI Partners and TA Associates.
