PartnerHero, a Boise-based customer operations and outsourcing provider, has acquired ElevateCX, a community and events series for customer experience (CX) leaders. ElevateCX founder Sarah Hatter joined PartnerHero as Senior Director of Community and Events, and PartnerHero will continue to host ElevateCX events, beginning with a conference in Atlanta on October 12-13, 2023.

Deloitte Acquires SimplrOps

Deloitte has acquired substantially all of the assets of SimplrOps, a boutique SaaS company that automates and manages Cloud ERP and HCM (Workday, SAP, Oracle) operations and implementations. The acquisition will allow Deloitte to embed SimplrOps’ platform into its Human Capital and Cloud ERP offerings, accelerating time-to-value, improving release management, and enabling the firm to offer one of its first standalone SaaS products.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Acquires OpsRamp

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire OpsRamp, a San Jose–based IT operations management (ITOM) company. The acquisition will integrate OpsRamp’s hybrid digital operations and AIOps capabilities with the HPE GreenLake edge-to-cloud platform to expand HPE’s hybrid cloud and IT operations management offerings; the deal is expected to close in HPE’s Q3 fiscal 2023 subject to customary approvals.

People.ai Acquires Hero Research
