The acquisition expands UFS's managed IT, cybersecurity and compliance capabilities and combines the organizations to serve nearly 400 financial institutions nationwide; financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal value is approximately £37.5 million in cash plus up to £10.0 million in contingent payments; Fetal Pillow generated about £3.5 million in revenue in 2020. The acquisition expands CooperSurgical’s women’s health / medical device portfolio and brings the Fetal Pillow into Cooper’s global distribution network.
