TelaCare Health Solutions Acquires ViewMyID Health Assets

TelaCare Health Solutions, a national telemedicine provider based in Fishers, Indiana, has acquired the assets of ViewMyID Health (VMIH), a secure mobile and web-based personal health data management platform. The asset purchase — terms undisclosed — will integrate ViewMyID's patient engagement and health-data capabilities into TelaCare's virtual care services while keeping the two companies operating separately during a planned relaunch.
