Sharecare Acquires Visualize Health

Sharecare, the digital health company, has acquired Visualize Health, a cloud-based care-gap identification and care coordination technology provider. The acquisition expands Sharecare's population health and medical records management capabilities to better support value-based care for payers and providers; Visualize Health will operate out of Sharecare's Franklin, Tennessee campus. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Teladoc Health Acquires Telecare

Teladoc Health has acquired Telecare, an Australian tech-enabled virtual care provider that operates a leading virtual clinic and supplies software solutions to hospitals and GPs. The acquisition, which closed August 8, 2025, expands Teladoc's international presence and enhances its specialist and allied health virtual care capabilities in Australia.

Teladoc Health Acquires InTouch Health

Teladoc Health agreed to acquire InTouch Health for $600 million ($150M cash and $450M in Teladoc common stock) to create a market leader in virtual care for hospitals and health systems. The deal expands Teladoc’s clinical capabilities and enterprise telehealth footprint—bringing InTouch’s hospital-focused platform, purpose-built devices and managed services into Teladoc’s global virtual care offering; InTouch posted ~ $80 million in 2019 revenue and the transaction was expected to close by end of Q2 2020.
