Audax Private Equity and Linden Capital Partners have acquired StatLab Medical Products, a McKinney, Texas-based manufacturer and distributor of histology, cytology and immunohistochemistry consumables, reagents, and equipment. The deal — a purchase from Cressey & Company LP — positions StatLab for accelerated organic growth and buy-and-build activity to expand its product suite and customer base.
