Saltwater Acquires Mayven Studios

Saltwater, the holding company led by Ryan Graves, has acquired Mayven Studios, a San Francisco–founded engineering and design agency. The deal brings Mayven's web and application development, UX/UI design, and engineering talent into Saltwater's portfolio to expand the firm's operational capabilities in design and engineering and scale services for existing portfolio companies and clients.
