Prescient Healthcare Group has acquired Uptake (Uptake Strategies Ltd), a global healthcare consultancy, to strengthen Prescient’s commercial practice and expand capabilities for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. The deal is supported by Prescient’s existing investor Bridgepoint Development Capital; Uptake’s CEO Stephanie Hall will join Prescient’s board and lead the combined Commercial Practice during integration.

Prometheus Group Acquires Atonix Digital and Launches Prometheus APM

BiomX Acquires Adaptive Phage Therapeutics

BiomX Inc. completed a stock-for-stock acquisition of Adaptive Phage Therapeutics (APT), making APT a wholly owned subsidiary and combining phage therapy capabilities and pipelines. Concurrently, BiomX raised $50 million in a private placement led by affiliates of Deerfield Management and the AMR Action Fund to advance two Phase 2 assets (BX004 and BX211) toward pivotal readouts in 2025–2026.

Hexagon AB Acquires Itus Digital to Expand Asset Performance Management

Apptio Acquires Targetprocess
