Visa Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire YellowPepper, a Miami-based fintech that provides API-based payment orchestration and real-time payment solutions across Latin America and the Caribbean. The deal is intended to accelerate Visa's "network of networks" strategy by integrating YellowPepper's multi-rail connectivity, identity and routing tools to speed time-to-market and lower integration costs for issuers, processors and governments.

Visa Inc. Acquires Currencycloud

Visa Inc. completed the acquisition of Currencycloud, a London-based cloud payments and FX API platform, to strengthen Visa's foreign-exchange and cross-border payments capabilities. Currencycloud will continue to operate from its London headquarters and serve banks, fintechs and businesses globally; the deal builds on an existing strategic partnership between the two companies.

Alteryx Acquires Feature Labs

Versapay Acquires DadeSystems

Versapay has completed the acquisition of U.S.-based fintech DadeSystems, integrating DadePay cash-application technology into its Collaborative AR platform to broaden AR automation and AI/ML capabilities. Ten Coves Capital rolled its stake into Great Hill Partners-backed Versapay, with both Great Hill Partners and Ten Coves contributing additional capital to fund the transaction and support expansion into enterprise and upper mid-market customers.

VeraScore Acquires Vala AI

VeraScore, an AI-enabled financial health SaaS platform based in San Francisco, has acquired Seattle-based Vala AI in an equity deal. Vala AI's applied-AI software dependency and technical-debt management tools will be integrated into VeraScore's platform; Vala AI co-founder and CEO Christian Hammer will join VeraScore's board to support the integration and product expansion.
