JDM Technology Group has acquired Lévis, Quebec–based Mobile-Punch, a mobile time-tracking and workforce management application, in a transaction that closed on June 30. Mobile-Punch will continue to operate under its brand with founders Jérôme Guay and Bryan Porter remaining as President and Vice President, respectively, as JDM expands its portfolio of construction and operations-focused software solutions.
