Mikrona Group AG Acquires Dental Axess AG

Mikrona Group AG, part of the Healthcare Holding Schweiz AG platform, has acquired Dental Axess AG's Swiss service and distribution business to strengthen its digital dentistry offering. The deal separates the Swiss distribution arm from Dental Axess Holding AG; Dental Axess leadership will remain in place with Daniel Uebersax continuing as Managing Director and taking a stake in Healthcare Holding Schweiz.

Healthcare Holding Schweiz AG (managed by Winterberg Advisory) has acquired Mikrona Group AG, including its Ortho Walker business unit, expanding the platform's orthodontic and dental product distribution and services in Switzerland. The founders/previous owners will retain minority stakes and Mikrona's CEO Fabio Fagagnini will remain in place as the company integrates into Healthcare Holding's medtech distribution platform.

Henry Schein Acquires Condor Dental

Henry Schein, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Condor Dental Research Company SA, a Swiss dental distributor based in Vouvry. Henry Schein purchased 100% of Condor Dental from MCCB II Holding (owned by Christèle Herreman) to expand its Swiss and European dental distribution business; Condor Dental reported approximately $18 million in 2021 sales and will join Henry Schein’s International Distribution Group.

Proclinic Group Acquires Dentalair

The acquisition expands Proclinic's European distribution footprint—adding a strategically located Dordrecht warehouse and access to Benelux, Germany and the Nordics—and is structured as an add-on to the Proclinic platform (transaction pending ACM approval).
