LRW Group, an analytics-powered marketing services company and portfolio company of Tailwind Capital, has acquired Austin-based digital marketing agency T3. The 200+-employee agency will join LRW's Action Division and operate under LRW while continuing to serve its existing clients; the deal is an add-on to LRW's platform owned by Tailwind Capital.
