Godspeed Capital Management LP acquired Savli Group, Inc., a Maryland-based ServiceNow implementation and IT automation professional services firm, as the second add-on to its cyber and technology solutions platform for U.S. Defense and Intelligence customers. Savli — founded in 1996 and employing more than 20 cleared professionals — will join Godspeed's existing portfolio companies (Varen Technologies and Exceptional Software Strategies) to expand the platform's mission-focused ServiceNow and IT capabilities.
