Lincoln Road Global Management, a Miami-based private equity firm, has completed a control acquisition of Zodega, a Houston-headquartered commercial landscaping and lawn-care services provider with locations in Houston and Dallas. Lincoln Road plans to provide capital and operational support to accelerate Zodega's growth as part of a buy-and-build strategy across the landscaping services sector.
