Evolution Strategy Partners (reported elsewhere as Altos Partners), Gemini Investors, and senior members of Westco's management recapitalized Westco Grounds Maintenance Inc., a Houston-based commercial landscaping installation and maintenance provider. The transaction establishes Westco as a platform for a buy-and-build growth strategy in the greater Houston market; Manny González was named CEO and Cadence Bank provided credit facilities. Terms were not disclosed.

Ethoscapes Acquires Houston Landscapes Unlimited
