Aero Operating LLC, a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital, announced the acquisitions of Lawn Butler (Centerville, Utah), Groundtek of Central Florida (Ocoee, Florida) and The Shepherd's Landscaping (Belleview, Florida). Concurrent with the transactions Aero Operating rebranded as Outworx Group to reflect an expanded exterior facilities maintenance platform offering landscaping, snow and ice removal, and related services.

Westco Grounds Maintenance Acquires Cornerstone Maintenance and Landscaping

Osprey Landscape Group (Southfield Capital) Acquires EarthWorks, Inc.

Osprey Landscape Group, a portfolio company of Southfield Capital, has acquired EarthWorks, Inc., a Texas-based commercial landscaping services provider, expanding Osprey's platform into the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston markets. Monroe Capital provided senior debt financing and Finn Dixon & Herling acted as legal counsel to Osprey/Southfield.

Landscape Workshop Acquires Live Oak Landscape, LLC

United Land Services Acquires Four Landscaping-Related Businesses

Century Park Forms Green Summit Landscape Group and Completes First Acquisition
